INTERBUSINESS S.r.l. was founded in Milan in 1985 as a small, family-owned company, operating in the chemical products field for the rubber industry. For more than thirty years, INTERBUSINESS S.r.l. has been a market presence that either directly, or through qualified independent Distributors, sells its products in over twenty Countries. Over the years, it has also become the headquarters of the Group, as it has assumed the coordination of R & D, Production, Purchasing, and Compliance activities in addition to its main task of trading INTERCURE® products (the INTERBUSINESS S.r.l. brand).

IB CHEM S.r.l.
In 1991, IB Chem S.r.l. (Interbusiness Chemicals) was formed in Brindisi (Italy). State-of-the-art plant dedicated to INTERCURE® production, utilizing the most advanced technologies. This facility also includes a QC lab and a R&D lab containing sophisticated equipment operated by highly qualified technicians. A multidisciplinary team is engaged at all times, maintaining maximum quality standards, and providing solutions to satisfy specific Customer and market requirements, thereby assuring overall Customer Satisfaction.

INTERBUSINESS U.S.A. Inc.
Established in 1987 in the United States, this trading company mainly deals with the promotion and distribution of INTERCURE® in the North American market. The orders received from its Customers are managed directly by INTERBUSINESS U.S.A., which, with a well-supplied inventory in an on-site warehouse, is always able to fulfill them promptly. Thanks to an efficient organization and the experience gained in over three decades, INTERBUSINESS U.S.A. has proven to be a reliable reference point and business partner in the business community.

The story of the Group begins in 1985 when INTERBUSINESS S.r.l., a small, family-owned rubber chemicals trading company, was founded in Milan (Italy).
In 1987 INTERBUSINESS S.r.l. began manufacturing INTERCURE®, a range of special elastomers curing agents. In the same year, in the United States, INTERBUSINESS U.S.A., INC. a distribution company, was established to position the INTERCURE® product line in the North American market, as well as to trade in other rubber industry products.
In 1991, IB Chem S.r.l. (Interbusiness Chemicals) was formed in Brindisi (Italy). It is a state-of-the-art plant dedicated to INTERCURE® production.®.
INTERBUSINESS S.r.l. and its operational center, IB Chem S.r.l. (Interbusiness Chemicals), obtained Certification in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Effective March, 2017, IB Chem completed the REACH registration process for the following substances: N,N’ – dicinnamylidene – 1,6 – hexanediamine (INTERCURE® 3) Octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (INTERCURE® 18)
Effective February, 2018, IB Chem completed the REACH registration process for the following substance: Hexamethylenediamine carbamate (INTERCURE® 1) In the month of August, Interbusiness S.r.l. and IB Chem S.r.l. conformed their Quality Management System to the new UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
